The projects requested for cancellation are a) Kasu Zira- PRGO03211238, Sy.no.79/3B validity 03/03/2021 to 31/10/2023 b) Kasu Zira –PRGO03211229, Sy.no. 79/3D validity 03/03/2021 to 31/10/2023.c) After amalgamation the promoter sought fresh registration of the project under sy.no. 79/3B cancelling earlier two projects. d) The promoter furnished Affidavit to the effect that the said two projects is not yet marketed, no allottes or sold to any buyer alongwith bank statements &statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31/03/2022. The Authority has accorded for cancelling the said two projects & register new project Kasu Zira, Sy.no. 79/3B, 79/3D, subject to condition, a) The cancellation of projects PRGO03211238 & PRGO03211229 is without prejudice to the rights of buyers/allottees if any. The Promoter should ensure to follow due process under Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016. for marketing of the project prior to receipt of Occupancy certificate.
