- UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY :
We (Provider)
reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported
violations of our Terms of Use and to take any action we deem
appropriate including but not limited to reporting any
suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials,
regulators, competent authorities or other third parties and
disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such
persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail
addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and
traffic data.It is an offence to knowingly furnish false or
misleading information when applying for registration .If a
user violates the terms and conditions of use by providing
such misleading information, Directorate of Municipal
Administration reserves the right to deactivate all such user
registration and cancel any or all services requested without
any notice. Any Garbage / Junk values in profile may lead to
Deactivation.
- USER CREATION :
You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account
.Disclosure of OTP sent to your registered email and mobile to
any other party will be at you own risk, and you are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your password
or account.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION :
The
Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with
the relevant Indian laws. You agree that any action at law or
in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be
filed only in the courts / tribunals and forums exclusively
located in Panjim, Goa, India only and you hereby consent and
submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and forums
for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any
provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any
reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
servable from these terms and shall not affect the validity
and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the
entire agreement between you and the Provider relating to the
subject matter herein and shall not be modified except as
provided herein or in writing, signed by both parties. All
provisions in this Agreement regarding representations and
warranties, indemnification, disclaimers and limitations on
liability shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
- TERMINATION OF SERVICES :
The User
agrees that any termination of his access to the service under
any provision of this Terms of Use may be effected without
prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that the Provider may
immediately deactivate or delete his account and all related
information and files, cancel transactions and/or bar any
further access to such files or the service.
- MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF USE :
Provider
reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time.
Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this site
and are effective immediately. You are responsible for
regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of this
site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such
changes.
